"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"I can't recommend Brian and his company highly enough. He called me the same day I contacted him, came out as quickly as his schedule would allow, and the service was done in a very safe, professional, and efficient manner by him at a very reasonable cost. He has a truly pleasant demeanor, was courteous and kind during the whole process no matter the circumstances, and went out of his way to return to the house and help me with a stuck garage door. He even maintained his courteousness after I mistakenly locked him out of the basement. I would definitely hire him again for any of my appliance repairs or new appliance installations."

"Highly recommended. Mir is very dependable and his knowledge and experience fixed our appliance issues. Will use again when needed."

"Everything Joe does is excellent. The work is always done well and completed on time and the bid is always the lowest. Very hard-working gentleman. I recommend him for any of your home projects or difficult jobs - or even the small jobs too. Plus, Mr. Downey is a professional - he is courteous and conscientious and trustworthy - which is a MAJOR factor in property management. Guy is worth is weight in gold."

"They did not call me back in time to be considered to do the work. It was a weekend and I did not hear back from them. Appliance Work of Boston did respond right away by phone. Although he could not come until Monday he did return my call right away."

"The technician brought a new motor and installed everything in a reasonable time. The motor was quite expensive. Scheduling went well and he was able to come out within in a week of me calling. The  has worked machine great ever since."

"Dave did an excellent job and not only replace the wax ring and cleaning up the mess, but the put in a riser at no extra charge! I would hire Dave for another job in the near future!"

We also recommend their installer, Brian, who took great care in aligning the cabinets so that we achieved a flawless result."
