"Hello reviewer's if you or anyone you know need plumbing services don't sleep on All city plumbing they are always in time, the work was the best work ever at an affordable price and the service man Chris was the best by far..Thanks again all city plumbing. Step.M"

"Chris, a guy I spoke with at Trinity AC to get these services was SO patient and SO nice. He understood my concerns with my central A/C, recommending me to the best guy for the job. Jimmy the technician was SO nice and SUCH a professional. He gave me a discount just for being a senior citizen! I told him about a previous experience with an A/C repair company that attempted to rip me off, giving me high prices for little work. Jimmy heard this, shamed the anonymous man, and took matters into his own hand, doing amazing work and offering better pricing. I would recommend this company to everyone!"

"These guys are great ... best A/C service I've ever had. They came quickly, figured out the problem, and gave me options to fix or replace unit. I chose replacement. Their price on the replacement unit was really competitive, and they supplied a bigger/better unit to ensure it could easily cool our house. I was very impressed and I'm really happy with the result. They did great work, were very conscientious, and very hard working. The owner Eddie was personally involved as well as Anthony, a great technician. I can see why they've been rated so highly and received awards. This is the first company in the 22 years we've lived in this house that I actually liked very much. I will use these guys from now on. I almost forgot.... they gave me a better warranty than the manufacturer."

"Fast service, fast repair and reliable"

"The Tech went above and beyond to do my inspection and service. I did nor buy the yearly maintenance plan and I did not buy the $190. furnace filter ($20) at Home Depot. I had and still have a problem with the system. It makes a growling noise every 2 minutes or so. Thanks so much, anyways."

"Super Air Heating and A/C is an excellent company to select future repairs and needs for you residential heating and A/C. They responded to my call for service within an hour and was willing to have a technician arrive at my house within 2 hours of my call. Brian the technician was extremely professional and very efficient in his skills to diagnosed and repair the problem within 35 minutes. He also gave me Non-Pressured recommendation to avoid any future problems with my A/C."

"I highly recommend this company. Penguin heating & Air was very quick to respond to my request, fast text reply, sent them pics, they replied with a quote, which was way lower than anyone else on this site, or even our regular guy that we normally use, we scheduled an appointment for the very next day, which was today, he also finished the job the same day! David did a very good job, very professional. Despite a terrible rainy day, he got the job done. When he was done he walked me through with exactly what he did. He also quoted me for a service on an existing unit and his quote was almost $200 less than what our regular guy charges us... We will absolutely be using this company again."

"I am very pleased with the quality of work Matthew, Shawn and their staff did with the Main Sewer check valve replacement and the Main Shutoff Valve replacement. The Main Shutoff valve replacement and the Hydro Jet cleaning of the Main Sewer line was not part of the initial job to be done. Matthew authorized the added job without additional charge to the original quote I was given. Matthew and Shawn has great knowledge and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They gave me a fair price, they were very professional, thorough and polite, from beginning to end. Clear explanation of needed repairs, sound advice without any inkling of price gouging or questionable add-on expenses whatsoever. Respectable and conscientious, could not be happier. Even very neat and clean. The people that worked with Matthew and Shawn were also very professional and very thorough. I will recommend them to my friends who need a plumber and call them again when the time comes I need a plumber. I will rate the work they did with A+ and Excellent!!!"

"Frank showed up at the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done. He made the repairs in approximately fifteen-to-twenty minutes."

"I have two AC systems that service our home. The unit that services our bedrooms was not cooling properly. I checked with AngiesList and HomeAdvisor and found several recommendations and after reading the reviews, I chose Patriot Energy, owned and operated by Ed Roche. He was the quickest to return my call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. When he arrived, he was ready to examine and fix the malfunctioning unit. He found a leak and was able to stop the leak with some sort of a sealer additive. Then he quoted me the amount of Freon 22 (an older gas) that was needed to fully charge the system. He explained that the newer units use a different Freon (I knew that) but because the Freon 22 was in limited supply, it was going to cost more. It was expensive for the gas, but far less than buying a new system with the new Freon. The service call was fair and he gave me a five year warranty on the unit since he said it was in good shape and he was confident that the leak was stopped. The first night after Ed arrived, the bedrooms were cool. However, the third night was not as comfortable after it had been a hotter day than the two previous days. I placed a call to Ed and left a message. He immediately responded and set up a time to recheck the unit. When he arrived, he went straight to the unit and tested it for leaks and didn't find any. He then went up into my attic and found duck problems that were probably created by my Pest Control workers who had gone up into my attic and were apparently far too rough with the ducting. Ed cleaned my electrostatic air filters, repaired the ducks and resealed them and now everything seems to be working just fine. He is professional, clean and knowledgeable! He is now my regular AC/Heat go to person!"
