Many times I have had to correct mistakes or argue with them about the quality of the work. The favorite saying is â that not the way we normally do itâ . So it was refreshing to work with Andy. He gave me what I believed to be a reasonable price for professional work. He even went the extra mile and helped me with getting rid of an old water softener. And cracked open the anode rod the first time for me at my request. If you have never tried to remove one, itâ s near impossible when the tank is installed if has not been cracked before. Maybe something he might add as a curtesy in the future."

"Oscar the backbone of my company that unfortunately due to personal health reasons I was forced to close that chapter. He is the reason the company did so well the first guy to receive a company vehicle that always stayed clean stocked and maintained. 10 years of perfect attendance and the only installer/technician that never complained or received a complaint. His commitment to his family and his work is something you just don’t find these days in the trades. When I needed an honest answer he always delivered the facts. He has worked through extreme conditions, the tightest crawl spaces, even spent months working out town during the tubs fire away from his young beautiful family running a 100 unit Hilton. I was injured on the job and unable to work. That was Oscars first time running work for me, he did an amazing job. "The water heater repair was $400 and they wanted to charge us the $300 for the bathroom leak, but we told them it was ridiculous because the guy was only here for 5 minutes. They ended up crediting us some money back so they handled that really well. Less than 2 days later the water heater broke. They did not send out the same guy. They guy they sent out was really great, he walked us through every minute and dime he spent. He told us not to worry and that we were getting our money's worth. We've used them many times over the last 7 years. Once it was Christmas Eve and the hot water heater was having problems and they came out and repaired it for free. Then there was another time that I needd a $6,000 repair and I didn't have time to get estimates, but I trusted their work. The work has been quality, I think in the future with them I will ask them upfront for an assessment and not pay them until they start doing the work."
