"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Overall the work went well.  The sun room turned out great and I'm very happy with the end product.  The demo, framing, insulation, trim, siding and window installation were all done very well with a minimal amount of issues or corrections necessary.  The foundations however did have several issues the two outside foundations needed to be moved because they were installed in the wrong place.  They were moved on a day when I was not there and they ended up being in a location where the existing footers were not used.  This caused the outside foundations to heave over the winter.  I have since corrected the issue myself because I wanted to make sure that issue never happens again.
