"I really enjoyed having the work done by East Coast. They were professional, and when I had questions, they took the time to answer them, even if it meant calling in someone else, or coming by on another day to demonstrate some of the features of the system. In my book, East Coast goes above and beyond the contract to really provide customer satisfaction."

Was able to use existing line set which reduced the cost a bit. They also provided an fast installation date during a busy month. The A/C system was installed on the day scheduled. We had another large contractor install an HVAC system at a weekend cottage that rescheduled the installation multiple times. M&R provided excellent service."
