"From my 1st phone call to ask about the services they provide and costs to when RJ & Walker left I've been completely satisfied. My appointment time was from 1-3 and they showed up right at 1pm. RJ & Walker both walked up to me and introduced themselves with a firm handshake.  We toured the house looking at all the vents and air returns along with the furnace. Then RJ fully explained what he would be doing and the Walker explained what he would be doing. They answered all of my questions.  About 30 minutes before completing the job, RJ asked me to come downstairs and he showed me all the dirt and stuff that came out of the vents. He showed me how he closed up the intake points he had to make in the duct work. They removed the equipment and everything was put back as it was and left clean. The entire time RJ & Walker stayed productive, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having them in my home to complete this service."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. I had an estimate appointment two days after my call, and Jim came out to inspect the window and discuss the requirements of my homeowner's association - since we can only order/install certain kinds/colors of windows. Jim handled the ordering of the custom window, and within a week I had an appointment for installation. The old window was removed, trim was repaired, and the new window was installed/sealed/caulked and now I have absolutely no leaks and a beautiful new window. Once again I am extremely happy with the service of this company - from the owner, Paul, to the office manager Penny, to Jim who actually completed the work. Everyone is responsive and friendly and I will definitely use them again."
