"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Installer and helpful arrived in a timely manner, and the installer was particularly polite. He re-rolled the supplies into mini-rolls for ease of use, and he alone did the installation. The helper was there mostly to move boxes."

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."

"We had just had the furnace cleaned about a week earlier, NOT through the home warranty. The person from United noticed the filters were filthy, something the first person had not mentioned. He was able to restart the furnace, and showed us how to do it if it stopped working again. He also arranged to come back to replace a couple of parts. We talked with him about options for furnace replacement, he was helpful and full of information. A good experience."
