"At first the driveway was not the color we expected. We called Steven Ogburn and he came out worked to get the product we wanted. The driveway looks very good they stood behind their work. We are very pleased with the way Mr. Ogburn worked with us."

"My daughter was not happy because they started and didn't finish the same day. They kept giving days to come back and didn't. After several promised times they came back to finish. She was not happy with the stamping. She said it looked like the guy got tired at some point. They left equipment and trash in the yard. She was really upset they put random stuff in recycling bin because the city fines you. She was irritated about guests coming for Easter and project was not done by then and having to move stuff so kids did not get to it. Will probably have to get it done or updated again later. She wanted me to give one star, but I did 3 because he apologized, it was a cheap price, and the plain walkway was nice. Stamping is probably not their strong suite and would have just paid extra for real brick. "

"My garage floor was coated in 2013 with a 10-year warranty, and areas have not adhered properly many times. The company sends workers to "fix" the affected areas, but the fixes do not hold up. The company re-coated the floor once, but I believe that the bare floor was not ground properly when the coating was first applied. Now my floor is unsightly with areas bare or that have been re-worked over and over and not looking like the original finish. A few weeks ago, workers came to re-work the areas, but I told them not to do so because I wanted a more permanent solution to the problems. I have had several email communications with a manager. All they seem to want to do is apply more coating to the affected areas. This pretty much makes the warranty useless."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Gum-spring, VA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
