"Was given dates 6/15 - 6/19 and the work was completed by 6/17. Everything was done professionally the workers arrived by 8:30 each day and completed their days work by 5, and I am more than satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism. If I had any questions they were addressed within a reasonable amount of time. I received my quote for the work by email which was great I paid the first half of the payment up front on that same email, and when the work was complete I received an email and the remainder of the total cost was transacted on that email. I would recommend them highly!"

I had to order a replacement regular screen, at my own expense. I then received an email from you to schedule further service at a time four months after the original complaint, and I replied that I had ordered a replacement for the one screen at my own expense, and that if you were just going to send someone out to examine them and do nothing, not to bother. I then received a phone message from Brendan saying that since I “basically resolved the issue that you already had with the screen” that he was closing out the case. Now another one of the hidden screens is dropping upon opening and does not connect at the bottom of the screen, so I have to replace that as well, at my own expense, because your warrantee is worthless.
