Thanks.

"quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."

"We ordered new kitchen counter tops without knowing that the contractors only disconnected the sink plumbing, and would not re-connect. the fixtures.
In a panic I called Ken Tyler and told him of our plight. WHAM! His plumber was out that afternoon. It was a big job because our plumbing was not up to code (fly by night original installers) and plus, the new sink drains were offset and didn't line up with the existing plumbing. Ken's guys attacked the problem, completely gutted the entire system, and the next day, completed a very professional job. I highly recommend Ken Tyler Plumbing! The Angie's list discount helped, but more importantly, her recommendation of only the best is worth it.

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
