"Used AE five years ago for some windows and all went well. Contacted them again for more windows and not so good. First, they were among the most expensive even with our "discount" for being a previous customer. Second, the salesman looked a window that was very large and hard to open and declared that that window should never have been put in and needed to be replace with a different style and they would do it for just labor. However, when we decided to not use AE for the new windows, the replacement window disappeared and AE wanted $80 to send a person out to measure the opening and then would only give us our normal "discount". When we left messages for the manager to call it took over a week with a promise to check with corporate to see if anything could be done. That was four months ago and we're still waiting for the return call."

Let me tell you I am "mechanically challenged" in just about every way. "Statewide roofing did a great Job replacing my roof. Jeff Gray was the company rep in charge .He was very responsive, always answered my calls and was on time for any appointments we had. Statewide was not the lest expensive but I was very happy with the quality of the product and workmanship. Do to the weather conditions , the original date had to be rescheduled for Saturday. Statewide does not normally work weekends but thay brought out extra large crew to get it done fast. Due to the age of my roof and the poor condition of my shingles, the clean up was probably extra hard. The crew did a great job considering all the problems and I am very happy with the end result <br />"

"I accidentally broke a window in our home early in the morning and tried to find someone to fix it. Unfortunately there was a hail storm that affected part of our city a week earlier. No one would come out until the next week but the window was completely gone and temperatures were predicted to be close to or over 100 degrees the next several days. Lawton Glass told me they would try to work us in even though they couldn't make any promises. I was so glad to see them pull up at 4:00. The price was better than my husband and I expected since it's an odd sized window. The man who came out worked late and brought the glass out at 7:00 and replaced it. I was able to be at my son's baseball game before it started at 7:30. As an added bonus there haven't been as many flies in that room since the window was replaced. I actually broke the first one trying to kill a couple of them."
