I went with this company because they do not use contractors or sub-contractors. Everything is done by the company! I had one window break and they called me immediately about it, cleaned it up and got the plywood to cover the opening. When they gave me the quote I didn't quite have the money. I called them apprx 10 mos later to give the go ahead with the work. By that time the prices had gone up ALOT by 10K. But they honered the 1st quote because it was under a year old. The guy was here for roughly 2 hours. Last year it was 1.5 hours. I would have preferred knowing ahead of time the cost rather than being surprised by the bill, especially given that we are repeat customers and had an expectation that the cost would be equivalent to last year since our yard has not changed."
