"They called us quickly and got a plumber out within a few days. Super thorough - tested all pipes and water sources to diagnose the problem. They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. "Wesley was extremely responsive. He made all efforts allowing us to continue doing our business at home while he was assessing the problem, assembling his crews, and obtaining a City permit. We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely. Wesley even found time to replace our kitchen faucet and under drain without extra charge. Don’t believe he would be the cheapest initial estimate you would get. We would definitely ask him for all future plumbing needs."

"I was without water when I had my initial contact with Do It Right Plumbing. Three hours later Chris Martinez had installed a new main shut off valve and hose bibb. Chris presented 3 different options for fixing my problem and thoroughly explained what was involved. Chris is a friendly, competent plumber and I am a happy customer!"

"Very grateful for Fed! My Momâ s house had an issue with water not draining properly. Called Fed for a quote; he showed up the next morning and got to work on the issue right away. He was working by himself for awhile since it was Sunday, and had to dig through tons of rocks and roots since the land in our area are filled with stones. There were roots in the sewer line as well as buildup in the pipes; the pipes were so clogged that there was barely what seemed to be 1/8th or so of the pipe where the outgoing water/waste could flow through. He replaced parts of the line with pipes which roots would not be able to penetrate through, which gave us peace of mind as there are a lot of trees in our area. Fed and his team also added a sewer access and he replaced the filters in the toilet tanks as well. Thank you so much for helping us resolve this huge plumbing issue! Fed was honest, reliable, and friendly. Would highly recommend!"

Zach showed up on time, explained what was actually wrong, and fixed it without upselling or cutting corners. The work was clean, solid, and clearly done by someone who knows what they’re doing. The drainage has worked properly since. Straightforward, honest service."

"Can not say enough positive things about this company. Usually do alot of things diy, but i would hire them any time to do plumbing. Their professionalism is way above board. Prices more than fair. Miguel is a definite asset to this company. When i have a plumbing problem i will definitely call them back. (had another company come before them that could not get the job done and suggested replacing the trap under my bathtub. My home is not on a foundation but a slab, and that means removal of my bathtub. The cost of his visit would have gone from one hundred dollars to thousands. ) Thank you Service Champions!"
