"SafeStreets’ alarm system is fantastic. The motion sensors, door/window contacts, and cameras work flawlessly. The home automation features are a huge plus—I can control everything from my phone. Highly recommend SafeStreets to anyone looking for reliable security."

"Pleased with alarm system that we are receiving from ADT Security Services. They have been around the longest and it shows in their service. You still get the blue ADT stop sign to put by your front door to show that you have an alarm system to stifle potential intruders."

"Art Rosenberger was involved from the first meeting we had with him to completing the installment. He was very professional and put our needs first. He has an extensive knowledge of security systems and he customized our system to fit our needs without unnecessary add-ons. A great listener. After installing the system, he spent over an hour teaching us how the system works and how to use it, making certain that we "got it". The system is working flawlessly, we like the ability to control it from afar via our phones or computers. Mr. Rosenberger is clearly committed to excellence. This is a great service. Very personalized. We recommend Shield Security Systems of the Lehigh Valley with the highest possible confidence."

"Good price. Typical monitoring services. My only real issue is that most of their account servicing needs to be done via snail mail or over the phone--they do not have a website to update contact info, billing info, or other details."

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"We were pleased with the installation of our fire/security system. The workers explained what they were going to do and showed us how to use the alarm. When they were done the installation, they cleaned up. They also gave us a discount because we went through Angie's List."

"THE ALARM SYSTEM IS A EXCELLENT HOME MONITORING SYSTEM. I KNOW NOW THAT I AM SAFE AND HAVE A BACK UP SYSTEM IF I SHOULD EVER NEED ONE. THE INSTALLERS DID AND EXCELLENT JOB AND I AM CONFIDENT THAT EVERYTHING IS WORKING CORRECTLY. I KNOW THE HOUSE IS SECURE."

"We learned on a Friday afternoon that my husband needed a criminal background check in order to participate in an international program - that he was scheduled to fly out for on Sunday morning! We found many online providers that offered an "instant background check" service, but were hesitant to give his SS# to just anyone, so we came to Angie's List to see if any trusted providers were listed here. Upon finding CSI Secure Solutions, I called them directly, and Chris himself (the owner) answered the phone. He personally committed to get it done, and he worked with me directly to get exactly what I needed within the time frame required. He made a stressful situation very seamless and simple, and I recommend him extremely highly!"

"Timothy Hadley is absolutely wonderful! He came to the apartment to pick up the television and brought it to his location to be inspected. He got us a quote within a day, as well. I loved that before he even came to get the tv, he checked to make sure it was worth fixing. He is very honest and forthright in his dealings. Within a day, he had fixed the television and brought it back in perfect working order. He then took our speaker equipment and fixed that as well. I would recommend him to anyone who has any kind of electronic repair. He is a great person, both professionally and ethically. Overall, between the tv and the speakers (which are both very expensive equipment), we spent $1000 but it was as far less than it would be to purchase these things brand new. Timothy is a class act!"
