"It went fine , ONLY problem I had was they did not measure the clearance between the farm house sink and the soap dispenser and they drilled the hole assuming the standard distance for the soap dispenser from the sink, resulting I have to discard my original soap dispenser which matched my faucet and buy another one which does not really match and was a inconvenience for me.
Overall they were punctual and performed a good job but I was expecting a better service.
Also the sample shown to me was much lighter and the one I got installed had more yellow in it .. which was another disappointment , As I live in New York and could not go to MA to check the slab before they started the work, I suppose that was something I should have done , but I expected them to match the color as close as possible .
Anyways I would say it was a fair experience in terms of material and installation But the price they are selling as promo is excellent .

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
