Get matched with top clothes washer or dryer repair or service pros in Halethorpe, MD

"The washer and dryer were installed flawlessly. Bill arrived on time and made sure the job was done correctly. He walked me through the process every step of the way and made sure I understood exactly what he was doing and why. I will be reaching out for all my appliance needs in the future"

"Great customer service. Contacted me with approximate time to expect them. Then contacted me when on the way. Repair completed. Also gave me tips for the washer to perform more efficiently."

"My dryer was making loud noises. I called them and got a same-day appointment. They looked at and listened to the dryer, and recommended against repairing the dryer; the repair would cost more than the dryer is worth (it is a very old dryer) and might not fix things well. I was charged only the visit fee. I appreciate a repair service that could make a repair but recommends against it when they believe it is not the right thing to do."

"Clothes washer was repaired to my satisfaction."

"Leo was able to come the very nexy day (after our fridge stopped working). He quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted the cost for the repair. He was courteous and helpful. Would certainly hire again!"

"Great service from our technician Jamell! He quickly solved the problem with our gas dryer, had the parts ordered in a day, and completed the repair on a Saturday morning. I will absolutely call Mr Appliance again! Thanks guys."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."
