"The installation of the shower went well. The installers (JP and Nathan) worked effortlessly to get the job completed. I inspected the quality of the install and found it to be done professionally. I cannot use the shower for 12 hours, so the "proof of the pudding", so to speak, will be when I get to use the shower for the first time. My complaints, or dissatisfaction's are not with the work performed, it is primarily with M A Jackson. His main concern is the almighty dollar. When I first contracted with him, or his company, he wanted one-half of the total cost of the project up front, before the material or work has even begun. He informed me it would be 6-8 weeks before the work could be completed. I waited 11 weeks to get the work completed. There was extenuating circumstances that prevailed during that time, but not once did I ever get a phone call or a text message from M A Jackson advising me that there would be an adjustment to the 6-8 week period before the work could be performed. I had to contact him to find out what the status was of the work to be performed. Today the worked was performed and completed, However, M A Jackson showed up at my house and made it clear that I would pay JP the remainder of what was owed when the work was completed. Again, he is worried about the almighty dollar. As much as I would like to say the work went flawlessly and I signed off on the work performed, I was cleaning up the bathroom where the work had been performed and found the following two items. The first is minor (See photo). I found the tops of two silicone tubes that had been overlooked during the workers clean up. The second photo, however, shows a broken /cracked tile located by the toilet. This tile was not cracked when the workers arrived this morning. I do remember hearing a rather loud bang during the process of removing the tub/shower. Not sure how to handle this one."
