"Initially we thought we were just in need of an adjustment but the actual spring was falling apart and they replaced it on the spot. AngiesList coupon deal $75 for garage door tune up and an additional $350 for the replacement of the spring. Not happy about the additional cost BUT it was totally necessary. 5***** all the way around!"

"They installed a garage opener for us and then forgot about the key pad installation. They installed the key pad, no problem, in like 15 minutes. Great job!!!!"

"The project was a garage door spring replacement. Tech was quick and efficient."

"I recently had my garage door fixed by Benjamin from garage door doctorz , and I couldn?t be happier with the service! Benjamin was amazing"

"Technicians examined my garage door and diagnosed the problems with it. They completed repairs the same evening and I had a brand new motor assembly which is quiet and working perfectly since. They do nice work."

"These guys are great. My garage door was broken and ended up needing to be replaced entirely. Other companies I called didn't call me back or had long wait times, where these guys came out the next day. John was really nice, worked quickly and explained everything in and way I understood. He came back a few days later and dropped off an extra door opener as he had promised, and I was impressed he remembered. Definitely recommend these guys.

"RW Garage Doors was wonderful. When I called, I was told that someone could come between 12 and 2 and would call 10-20 minutes before arriving. Edven Benitez called around 12:30 and, as promised, arrived 10 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem (the springs and the cables). I thought the structure/railing was also damaged with a slight bend and might need to be replaced. He was very honest and told me that that was almost certainly not a problem. He did his work very well and was very professional throughout. I would definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to others"

"My service technician, Brandon Brooks did an exceptional job on my garage door. He clearly explained the problem with my door and reasons that certain parts had to be replaced. He was professional and completed the job as needed. I am extremely satisfied with the work done and noticed a significant difference in the way of my garage door now opens (i.e, more quieter and runs more smoothly). Thanks Precision Overhead Garage for providing outstanding service!"

"The technician talked me into a deal by misleading me to believe I would get a discounted price (with manufacturer coupons and an agreement of doing it now - no time to consider and compare) for the highest quality spring (50k-cycle). But it ended up the spring is 15k-cycle (realized from reading the invoice). After the broken part was replaced, a new issue came up - the garage door moved but bounced back right away. He insisted that the motor was old and I needed to get a new one. I told him that this issue didn't exist before the fix and it could be something was touched during his fix. We fell into arguments. He wanted to leave with a nonworking garage door or I should get a new motor to replace. I recalled that I had the same issu a long while ago and it was fixed by adjusting the two sensors. He realigned the sensors and finally the garage was working fine. But the experience is unpleasant."
