"Henry initially was going to do the work on Memorial Day saying he worked all the time. After discovering that his supplier would not be working on Memorial Day he rescheduled to the following Friday and voluntarily knocked $200 off the price. Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran. They tracked down the problems to parts of the old system that they had not touched. System is now performing well. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Dan was responsive, reviewed my situation, explained to me why my ducts was full of water and the solutions that he recommended, and the after care. Very professional, clean and I would recommend and if I decide to do any upgrade to my A/C unit I will get him. Thank you and keep up the great work. :-)"

"It worked out okay but then my heating people took over servicing the air conditioner. They did what I asked them to do. The price wasn't bad but we landed up later moving on with my furnace contractor."

"They took out the old window and put in the new one in less then three hours. Great work and very professional workers."

"I did not have the work done. I rated C because the staffer seemed to know what he was talking about. When quoted a higher price, around $400.00, versus what I had planned, I deferred. The higher price included a "deep cleaning" extending beyond the ducts. I felt unprepared and pressured."

"Pete did an awesome job, installed a complete A/C system in our house with duct work and all. When he left you couldn’t even tell he had been there!"

"I recently hired Clark Chimney and Masonry for a chimney cap and liner replacement and I'm extremely satisfied with their service. The team was prompt, professional, and efficient. They took great care in ensuring a clean work environment and thoroughly explained the process. The pricing was fair, and I appreciated their friendly customer service. I highly recommend [Chimney Service Company] for anyone in need of reliable and top-notch chimney services!"
