"Henry initially was going to do the work on Memorial Day saying he worked all the time. After discovering that his supplier would not be working on Memorial Day he rescheduled to the following Friday and voluntarily knocked $200 off the price. Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran. They tracked down the problems to parts of the old system that they had not touched. System is now performing well. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. "I did not have the work done. I rated C because the staffer seemed to know what he was talking about. When quoted a higher price, around $400.00, versus what I had planned, I deferred. The higher price included a "deep cleaning" extending beyond the ducts. I felt unprepared and pressured."
