Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. His experience really helped us thru the insurance claim process and it ended up being a huge cost savings for us. "We called Cady Handyman Services and a pleasant gentleman discussed our deck project.
Cady Handyman scheduled one of his service tech to come out the follow morning.
The tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time with a friendly ready to fix our problem attitude.
We have raised nails and screws on our deck that always seem to reappear during winter months.
These raised nails and screws made snow removal just horrible.The Cady tech recommened that we remove many of the bad loose fastners and replaced with a new non-corosive styles of screws.
After a complete walk through of our project we were extremely satified.

Amazing and better than expected! Dealing with contractors is not always an enjoyable experience and we are happy to report that Minnesota Construction and Property Management was a treat to work with.

During the initial consultation, Trevor listened to our request to improve our outdoor living space and offered design solutions the other companies hadn't at a price that was more reasonable. It almost seemed too good to be true.

We were tentatively scheduled to begin work on the deck towards the end of May. Thanks to a mild winter and Trevor's excellent time management, they began working on our project at the end of March and finished within a week (and that includes the snow delay and a weekend off)! 

We have the nicest deck in the neighborhood. The crew is polite, hard-working, and detail-oriented. They have pride in their carpentry skills and we are the beneficiaries of their amazing work.

Friends and family are impressed with what we received and are clamoring for Minnesota Construction and Property Management's contact information.

", The table pads were ordered on November 18,2015, and I received them in early March 2016.  The placemat "paddies" were ordered November 30,2015, and I received them April 23, 2016.  All items were mailed in very protective packaging, and the items themselves are of high quality materials and are well made.  All items look beautiful on the table, even without a table cloth; they resemble a quality wood product.  The color I selected matches my wood table perfectly.   With the above positive remarks I must say that I had to stay in touch often with Jackie S. by  email and phone to keep my order moving along, as there were production and/or mailing problems in January.  Jackie was always courteous to me and replied promptly to my emails or calls.  It took quite a lot of my contacting Jackie to finally get my complete order delivered.  There were promises and then delays, so one would keep this in mind if ordering from Berger's Table Pad Factory.

"I chose Mr. Jesinoski after looking at the local Angie's list and I made the right choice. Mr. Jesinoski came at the agreed upon time and installed the unit per the IKEA instructions (I didn't think it would work); all the time explaining to my daughter about the different wall configurations and installation options. "In 2015, Greene installed an egress window. I was very happy with their work and their company. In 2016, I got their bid to install new storm windows on my house. They also measured and gave me a bid to put new siding on my garage, even though I had only mentioned this in passing and I told them I was not ready to have that done for another year or two. After waiting several months, into the cold weather, without hearing anything about my storm windows, I inquired and got a short, curt email back saying the company was over booked and under staffed and they would not be able to install my storm windows, and that I should get a handyman. Needless to say, I am having to go through another window with my old, non-functioning storm windows."

"We had an old 1980's drop in stove that finally broke (yes, nice long life!).  The oven was built into the cabinet.  Given the price of drop in ovens, we decided to go with removal and refurbishing the area for a stand alone oven that would be much cheaper.  Since the kitchen was remodeled in the 80's we weren't sure what we would find behind the oven.  Derek provided a comprehensive quote of approximately $600 that included the removal, cabinetry work, dry walling the back and laying additional flooring.  Once removed, the job was much easier than anticipated and much cheaper to, as there was no need for dry wall.  Once the oven was removed, they found that it had been hardwired.  They were able to schedule an electrician for the next day in time for our new oven delivery.  It was delivered and installed that day due to their extra effort.  I was very pleased with their professionalism, promptness and flexibility.  I will definately be calling on them again!
