"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"Responded to my request immediately. Our conversation included me sending picks of the replacement. With that got an instant quote and set a date for the work. Showed up on time. Job took a bit longer as my old water heater was loaded with deposits so draining was longer than expected. Nice that quote didn't change. Rich and John were very friendly, professional and followed up immediately with the paperwork that I needed to satisfy my condo association. They also advised me on how to service my water heater myself annually to keep it running efficiently. During the service my neighbor saw my old water heater outside and after seeing their work booked his replacement. Definitely recommend this company and will use them again."

"Great company! They came out when they said they were going to, the work was carried out smoothly and without issues. The installer was very polite and conscientious. The pricing was not inexpensive, but it rarely is for a licensed, bonded, insured company using professional grade materials (not the cheap big box store cabling). These guys did the work right and when you re dealing with something as dangerous as natural gas you can t afford a company that makes mistakes. There were other things in the house that needed attention and Kyle changed did a "wellness" check around the house, the bathrooms and found that the faucet to the outside of the house needed updating.
