Gave Him 1/2 down of which I figured he spent $3,000.00 of it on the job and I'm being generous with that. With the 1/2 down deposit had a company come out and remove roughly 1,500 square feet of concrete he personally spent a half day saw cutting and then was history. Promise after promise unfulfilled no shows and lies the icing on the cake is when he came 3 hours late to pump water out of the hole, he created in a brand new bright green gym outfit with brand new white tennis shoes. I knew where my down payment money went. AFTER DOING SOME DEEPER DIGGING I FOUND HE DONE THIS SIMILIAR TYPE OF THING IN THE PAST.
