"Larry was very professional. He called and showed up when he said he would. He quickly repaired my broken pipe under my house. I needed a new water spout outside due to a broken one and he repaired that as well. Very nice, polite and top notch quality of work. Very reasonable priced. Felt like a very trustworthy businessman. "Jason, the owner handled everything himself. Met with me and answered all of my questions, very friendly person. was able to come in and do the project within two weeks of giving him the OK. He and his people were very professional . GCWW came in and signed off on the project. They only took two days start to finish. filled in the hole, laid down grass seed and straw. everything works great. solid company."

"Very dissatisfied. They tried to take advantage of an 80+ yo by not even completing a repair, produced a false image of a faulty (12 year old) heat exchanger at $99 wanting me to buy a new furnace. Thanks to website weeks of research and using my wood stove, info I was able to clean the condenser trap in 10 minutes and the furnace has been working for weeks, now."

"I don't know much about hiring a plumber, and my ignorance cost me a lot of extra money because of them. For a simple toilet tank rebuild, with all parts provided by me, an hours worth of work, I was estimated at 570 dollars. It's on me for not realizing when I signed the dotted line that I got ripped off, retrospect is 20/20, but I cannot believe that they are willing to take advantage of people to this degree. After further research, other plumbers, bonded and insured or not, charge anywhere from 120 to 350 at most for the job I described above. At the end of the day, it's on me for being a sucker, but I know now not to trust Angi's approval rating before moving forward. The ONLY reason I am not giving them a one star: The actual plumber who did the work (Jared) did a fantastic job and was incredibly nice and professional. The operations manager who I spoke with (Brayden), although I don't believe most of what he told me, did end up giving me a slight discount (15%). "
