"James did an outstanding job. He contacted me 15 minutes after he received my information from Angi. We set up a time and he arrived 30 minutes after we talked on the phone. He provided me a quote. I hired him and also had him do other work while he was there. He replaced my water heater, replaced outside facet, plus a couple of minor things that he found. He completed everything to perfection within 4 hour of me submitting my request. James was very professional,, very affordable, and answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. "We had a problem not only with water pressure and but with trying to get a old shower head off. He used several different tools but finally got it off. It was stuck as if someone used gorilla/super glue. He was very professional and gave me several recommendations on other products I might consider. I like his work very much. He wasn't a pushy sales person. I will be calling him back for furture plumbing needs"
