"I called and was scheduled an appointment within 2 days; great! My technician Cameron was absolutely OUTSTANDING! He quoted me prior to any work, explained in detailed the issue, provided a walkthrough of what he would do to remedy the problem and then fixed it.... that day. This included the replacement of a 10-12 foot bar I assumed would require me to make another appointment for him to replace. No, he came prepared with all tools and parts needed to complete the job without a repeat visit! Job WELL DONE A++! I felt secure leaving him unattended in the garage to finish the work and when I walked into the garage I always found him working, not on his phone like other repairmen I have had. Cameron was professional and courteous. He was not annoyed that I asked questions and even made suggestions about future repairs that I could make to avoid costly ones later down the road, like preventative maintenance. I have no idea if this is company training or just a good technician. Judging by the rating other customers have given though I can safely assume this is mostly good hiring techniques and training in combination with a great tech. My only regret is I did not call them sooner and that they do not build storage sheds. I will be recommending this company, specifically Cameron, to anyone needing garage door installation or repairs. I hope they let me know if they build storage sheds in the future and other honey-do stuff I was tasked with by the wife"

"My garage door broke a few months ago. I called several companies that couldn't come out for a week. Kevin came the SAME DAY! He fixed it at a very reasonable price. My door is old, loud, and was barely hanging on. Kevin warned me that it would break again because of it's condition. Sure enough it did. I called him again but he was working in NOLA. He really didn't have availability til the following Monday. He made room for me the next day! We wanted to replace the door. He closed the door for free and by Monday, our new door was installed! I LOVE IT!!! It's so quiet and it was reasonably priced. He and his son are WONDERFUL! Do not hesitate to hire them. 10 out of 5 stars! Thank you for your excellent service!"

There was a injury from a young child during the repair, that was done in the service area. It was reported as minor but I wanted to put it here."
