"Chad was very responsive and very easy to work with. He was thorough, detail oriented, and completed the job when he said he would for the price he quoted me. We first have him scheduled in 1st week of October but then our roofing job could not complete in time and had to ask Chad to re-scheduled. He really went out of the way and re-scheduled it multiple times to fit our schedule. They are family owned business and treated us like a family member. It was great to see 2 brothers and their sons on the site working together as one family. The dug out old asphalt and cleaned out the entire area very nicely. Then, leveled and graded the driveway very nice to have very smooth surface. Finally, the beautiful new driveway with very smooth surface of 6 inches of asphalt was put on top to have a very solid and completely new driveway. They brought in an compacted a gravel base, and laid an expert looking asphalt coat over the top of it then. The workmanship and detailing of the work is unmatched of the entire crew. TC, one of the owners of Pavercare, came out and surveyed what needed to be done.  He was exceptionally friendly and professional and put me at ease that they could get the job done right!

Gaspar and his crew arrived on-time and set to work removing the old bricks.  To my amazement, they actually bound our bushes up so they wouldn't be damaged and thinned out dead growth... as I have said in a previous review, they go far and above the norm in their service.

While they were working on my new walkway, another group quickly and expertly fixed my front walkway (installed by another contractor, some bricks had sank badly after only a couple years).  

When they were done, the curb appeal of our home had went up... it looked fantastic!  Definitely, a job well done and I will used them again for all paver-related projects.

THE AFTER STORY.

After a few days of the sidewalk being in place, you could see that there was a difference in the coloring our Series 3000 pavers from what we had originally and what Pavercare installed.  I let TC know and he came out and confirmed.  It was clearly an issue with Unilock's coloring.  At no additional charge, TC actually got a guy from Unilock to come and look at it.  He did some kind of acid wash that removes the haze associated with when they bake the bricks.  Sure enough, color matched!

Once again, customer service far beyond anything we have ever experienced with landscaping-related contractors. You should not go anywhere else other than Pavercare!

"Luis of Designer's Concrete set up an appointment to make an estimate, and arrived at the appointed time. I had already had the utilities located. We talked it over, and he explained to me what was necessary, and the reasons for the cost estimate of $1000. He said he would take care of getting the city permit for the project, and he stayed in contact with me throughout this part of the process. He knew exactly what the city needed from me. Once the permit was given, Luis arrived with his crew, and laid in the form. The city had to inspect the form and foundation for the pad, but once they had, the crew returned the next day and finished the job. The longest part was waiting for the city permit (about a week). When that went through, it was only three days until it was finished. Luis told me how to cure the cement before I drilled into it to install the shed. Luis accepted the Angie's List coupon. He followed up with a call a few days after it was complete. They did not mix the cement on my property, but had it delivered. Personally, it seemed more expensive than I thought it would be, but that was probably just my ignorance going into such things. Overall, it was a great experience working with Luis and Designers Concrete."

"Awesome. Driving home from work one Day I noticed Premier was finishing my neighbors driveway. I stopped and talked to the foreman of the crew and immediately took a liking to him. He came right over to take measurements and quote the work I wanted done. Shortly after the owner contacted me to touch base and see if I had any questions. By the time I was off of the phone we had worked out a price and had the work scheduled. We had a weather related delay and I was contacted right away with an apology and a reschedule. The work was done in a short amount of time and looks 10 times better than my wife and I could have hoped. Premier even worked with me on the day of the install because we had decided to make our parking area bigger. It was handled with no problem. They even took the time to straighten out some landscaping blocks by my sidewalk and make sure the new asphalt lined up perfectly. Overall this was a great experience and I plan on using them next year to do a driveway at a rental property."
