He provided a quick estimate and then came back again with me when I was back in town and provided a look of all our pipes with his camera for free (others were charging hundreds of dollars). He scheduled the work extremely quick and sent me pictures with updates. I was really in a pinch to get this work done - I needed a lot of details of the work and the need to get it done and a competitive price. Phil came through 100%. They did great work and cleaned the place up better than when they first arrived."

They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit. "Comandor & Antoine showed up within and hour and addressed my issue. They let me watch everything and talked me through start to finish. It was a dirty job, but they did it with a smile and were fun to talk with. They only did what was needed and didn't try to upcharge me for things I don't need. I have been burned before by sewer companies, and it was nice to find a couple guys I can trust. My only complaint is that the AB and Sons website listed "Power rodding starting at $99". I thought this was too good to be true, and it was. The crew wasn't aware of the website price. Turns out that is for rodding regular drains. Be sure to be clear what you need."

"After checking with a few companies I decided to go ahead with Great Lakes Refinishing.  Matt arrived on time and did a great job.  Everything was taped and cleaned up afterwards.  The ONLY negative is that I was told it would take 4-6 hours while it took 8.  But since I was in and out all day that was fine.  The tub looks fantastic!

"I have used J Blanton for several years. They are very professional and have been very good to me. Our furnace stopped working. A specific part was broken, and it would have been a $1500 repair. Seeing as it was a 15 year old furnace, they advised just to get a newer one. They even called me to discuss this as I had originally misunderstood the situation and was going to go with the repair instead of replacement. They called to discuss further as the replacement was the smarter choice, so they wanted to make sure I fully understood the situation. I appreciate that!
