Karen responded immediately and said they should have the post caps in stock and that TJ would be by to put them in at no cost. True to their word, TJ came by with the replacements, installed them, and he checked about 30 other post caps to make sure they were secure. This level of customer service is exceptional. Fence Masters was willing to make this service call two years after the original installation and also apologized that the caps blew off in the first place.
