In talking through our architecture and location, he determined this was most likely something that could be solved by Baltimore City services (for free). That turned out to be the case. The City workers came out fairly quickly, identified and cleared the clog outside my home, and I paid nothing (outside of my tax returns, of course ... "my tax dollars at work"). Knock You Out could have tried to make some money off of me by saying they needed to come out and look at it, then referring me to the City, and then charging me for their time/truck-roll (while prolonging the entire thing for me). Knock You Out is not cold and unscrupulous. By spending time with me on the phone, but doing no work here and making nothing from it, they proved themselves to be honest and decent people. And that may be the main thing we shop for in home services."

I had quotes from other companies including one that gave me a multi-page contract with all kinds of exceptions so one really didn't know the final price, and then I received a quote from Eagle. Gave me understandable quotes that included all I needed. Due to our new septic not being at least 100' from our well, he changed his quote to install a BAT septic system per Baltimore County. His second quote was more than I wanted to spend, but the county had a grant program with funding available that paid for most of the cost of the new tank and its installation. "If looking for someone to do the job quickly or special color.  I wouldn't recommend, otherwise use them.  I broke my toilet on the 13th of November, it took the firm until 3 December tp replace.   Granted there was a holiday in there but the time limit was horrible The replacement went well and I have no complaints about the final product.   I would recommend that they keep in stock a couple of standard colors as not to take as long.
 
It will cost me between $8,000.00 and $14,000.00 to replace the ruined drywall and electric in my dining room.  Plus I had to threaten once to get the firm to reply.

"It was scheduled with AC Tech for the next day but in this heat in Vegas, this was an emergency that needed immediate attention so luckily I called the tech and he understood and made accomodations to find time to come out today rather than tomorrow. Found out it was a capacitor issue. He replaced it with a brand new one and cleaned the coils, all covered with warranty. Very happy with service and outcome. Thanks to First Class Air Slava for being a great professional in seeing the immediate attention needed for this service. Things like this in hot weather or heat going out in cold weather or water leaks need immediate attention so warranty companies need to take note of prioritizing issues, some can wait but there are ones that are emergencies and need to be taken care of asap. Only paid $60 service call fee, it would have been $150 with my backup AC guy if they weren't going to come out today so am very pleased with the outcome."
