"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"Daniel was the project manager for both the installation of my storm door and hardy plank siding. My wife and I finally decided to do the projects and decided to go with Home Genius Exteriors. From our first meeting with Daniel through the final completion, Daniel demonstrated exceptional professionalism, organization, and attention to detail as our project manager. Replacing the siding on our home is a significant investment, and Daniel made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He clearly explained the scope of work, timeline and materials, and kept me informed at every stage of the project. Any question or concerns I had been addressed promptly and thoroughly. What impressed me the most was his commitment to quality. He ensured the crew followed proper installation practices, maintained a clean and safe job site, and completed the work on schedule. The finished product exceeds my expectations-the craftsmanship is outstanding, and the transformation of my home has been remarkab"

"Doug replaced a 30 year old deck support post and did an excellent job. He had to 'problem-solve' some prior construction issues which demonstrated his excellent carpentry skills. I will certainly use Doug in future projects around our home!"

"If you are looking for great customer service, top-notch management, and A-1 construction team S&K Roofing, Siding & Windows. I had the roof down a few years ago and now gutters. Hassle-free from start to finish. Oscar and his crew's customer service were awesome and the skill of installing my gutters and the look was great. The night before was very windy and one piece of siding was almost blown off the house. I asked if the Oscars team can help and repair the piece of siding and without hesitation, his crew fixed it. That is what I call great customer service and teamwork. Look no farther and Pick S&k. You will not regret it!!"

"Technician was prompt, friendly, and efficient with climbing onto roof to assess its condition. Provided a wide range of recommendations to include short-term fixes and long-term replacement. I would use this contractor again

"A+ for ethics and professionalism. The repair on our old and non-standard roof was tricky and ultimately didn't last (roof leaked within 14 months). However, when the owner was contacted (he's busy so it took a while) he came out personally and arranged for an alternative fix to the roof. The owner, Dave Garner, did this at no charge, without being asked. We still don't know if we have a permanent solution but we're really impressed with Dave and the company's business practices. We would be pleased to use them for any future roofing repairs (although we hope we don't have any!)."

"I hired this company based on reviews from Angie's list.  My experience was a bit different than the A + rating they had.  The answered my call for a quote and arrived on time.  The communicated in Spanish about everything.  We all walked the house together and I pointed out everything that needed painting.  We had a discussion about the master bath, the last words I heard George senior tell me was "we can fix this".  They quoted me a price of $3400.00 and said if I got everything done at once, he would take $200.00 off.  I didn't get other quotes because I just moved in and time was a factor, so I can't really comment on price.  During the week, they dropped of a large paint sample thing to make may choices from.  They arrived early to start the two-day job, a Friday and a Saturday.  They finished the job on Saturday, as promised.  My master bath was not painted, the wood on the steps was not painted, they removed all the drapery hardware and it was tossed out apparently, they took a blind down in the master bedroom and I had to remind many times for them to fix it, they did with crazy glue.  The walls and ceiling are beautiful but the trim is horrible.  I am still painting over spots that were missed or the paint was wiped off when they cleaned the floors.  There was a quarter sized drop of paint on my maple dining room table.  There was a large spot of white trim paint on the colored wall in the hall, but worst of all I continue to clean small spots and areas where there is white paint on the oak floors. They did do me one favor and lift a TV back up above the fireplace that had been taken down for painting. They did leave all the extra paint in the basement, one bucket not closed and has a paint roller floating in it.  The worst thing was them teasing my dogs and getting them agitated and pushing each other towards them and laughing.  Overall, I don't think I had an "A" experience.  Unfortunately I would not recommend them or use them again.

"Mr. McGavin came on time, took a look and gave a price to my daughter (I was delayed at an appointment). I ok'd the estimate and he got right to work. He replaced the missing shingles, sealed some others and cleaned out all my gutters. He also tucked in some vinyl siding that had popped loose. He also gave me his assessment of my roof for future work that needs to be done without trying to "up sell" me. Mr. McGavin was very nice, professional and I would hire him again."
