"Jon is hands down the best contractor, and one of the best people, I've ever worked with on a home improvement project. He and his team are masters of their craft, their work is beautiful, and their work ethic is tremendous. I can't recommend them enough for any of your contracting needs! Simply put, Jon is the best there is."

"This project expanded greatly from the original quote. Levi worked with us and all extra projects were very fairly quoted. There have been delays and there is still a finish job to be completed. The delays really have not been the fault of the contractor. I would hire him again."

"Blackline Building was a delight to work with during our major renovation. Sam Matus is a trusted partner and a straight shooter. He had the right people involved in the design, budgeting and construction. His brother Sergio was our project manager and was a delight to work with. Bottom line, we couldn’t have been happier with the finished product. We have received numerous compliments from family and friends. Thanks to Blackline Building. 🙂"

"The coupon was $149 for four hours of work; they charged an extra $90.  They arrived on time, were very professional and clean. They installed a latticed wine rack over the refrigerator and about 8 feet of baseboard in a pantry.   In addition to good building skills, they have excellent problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take on challenges.  They were very courteous. I would definitely hire them again, without a doubt."

"I had Ray and his crew come out and turn a garage space into a master bedroom and adjoining mudroom and laundry room and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish the job was done with precision and attention to detail. They ensured that everything met my standards and was absolutely beautiful! The crew was personable, professional, courteous, and timely. They finished before the projected timeline and within budget. Everything was exactly as expected, and then some. I will definitely be using them again for all of my upcoming projects."

"The entire trim had to be removed and replaced.  While this sounds simple the workers had to install a roof jack type scaffold due to the angle of the roof.   The trim was removed, replaced, sealed and painted.  The workers were very thorough and cleaned up as if they were never there.

"He was professional, showed up on time and had a reasonable price compared to others. I would recommend him."

"He did an excellent job on my shop. He redid my back porch. He gave me fair price. He came back and double checked everything and made sure everything was done right. He's probably the best. The price was good. He didn't overcharged me."
