"Excellent job. Our shower leak was quickly diagnosed. The part needed to be ordered, but was easy to install, so Mr. Paxton kindly showed us how to install, saving us the cost of a 2nd visit. He also completed our ½ completed replacement of a toilet's tank components. Definitely recommend."

"Mr. Campbell was super fast in responding to my inquiry! He was involved in a job, but was able to get to my job within 1 1/2 hours. Absolutely no problems with his performance or any other aspects of his service. I will definitely keep him in mind as my top choice for NEXT time! He was in and out in 10 minutes."

"I’m so impressed with John and his team. my father worked at our hometown water department and I was raised to believe that good quality water is essential to good health. Carolina Beach has an old infrastructure and a distinct egg for smell while the water is OK to drink it doesn’t smell appealing and this bothered me for my guests. in our Airbnb. Team gave us several options and followed us through the process for at least three months to help us understand how the system works, how to maintain the system, and maximize the life out of this investment. With every project there’s a bumper and we had that but it was not due to John or his team rather Carolina Beach’s water. I’m confident with the softener total house water filtration system and the under sink RO system we are now providing a better quality water as best possible in this area. I couldn’t be more pleased during a process that I was not familiar with, not sure what I needed, but knew we needed to do something. I highly recommend this company."

"David was very professional and did high quality work for me. Had him install a sink in a half bath after we installed new floors. I also called David on a separate issue and he fixed my issue over the phone, no service call needed. I would highly recommend Triad Trades LLC."

"Trey has clear and timely communication. His work is high quality and he cleaned the areas after completing the work. Cost was reasonable and I will hire him again for future home repair needs."

"Everything was very good. There is still one piece that is not finished, so I am a little bit disappointed with that one piece. Other than that, he did a good job. I am still in contact with him. He still owes me a mirror."
