"A crew of 4 arrived just before 8:00 AM and worked non stop until about 5:30 Removed existing tub/shower, sound proofed and re-sheeted the walls, installed new walk-in shower unit. When done wiped and vacuumed the area very thoroughly. They very professional and friendly the whole time. We love our new Walk-In Shower. Easy to recommend this group, great experience."

"Work went great - finished product was exactly what we were expecting. They removed an old fiberglass shower tub and added some space (reframed the surrounding area) to put in a custom shower pan/surround. Looks great and we love it!"

"Filip and his team did a fantastic job completing all the tile work for our bathroom projects. The team’s knowledge of materials, design and install resulted in wonderful work. Hardworking, dedicated team with an eye for detail. Thank you for a job well done"

"We needed a walk-in shower to replace the tub-shower that is currently in the house. The project need to be completed prior to my back surgery, Contacted Five Star Bath Solutions and met with Tom (one of the owners). Right away we could tell Tom was genuine and someone we wanted to do business with. Signed a contract before Tom left. Within 6 weeks our beautiful walk-in shower was installed. Installation, including demolition and city inspection was completed in one day. I did need to have them back to address some caulk, but again no issues and a happy customer. I would highly recommend them for your next bath project"

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"So easy to to work with - both in selection and installation!"

"great quality. easy to clean. we had two showers done and bathtubs removed. we r over 60. needed walk in showers"

"If you're looking to have some tile installed, then look no further. These are your guys. My family and I have been beyond impressed with their work."

"The installers where fabulous! They did a great job. No damage to the walls and they put booties on their shoe EVERY time the came in the house. The A for Professionalism and Punctuality go to the installers. I am very happy with the quality of the windows and love with the end result! For that they get an overall A!
The company itself service was good, but I would have preferred a bit more hand holding when spending that much money. No follow up calls from our Sales Rep.  Never hear anyone from the sales team after we signed the contract.

"Forever Fortified really came through! Before the project started they visited and went through all the details thoroughly and gave us a few options to choose from and was no pressure, they also gave some recommendations for other areas of the house. The actual work itself was on time and perfectly executed, any change of plans was communicated and there were no surprises in the end. Overall highly recommend them and will use them in the future!"
