I had been trying to find someone to repair my Rinnai gas wall furnace for months. I called several services and did not get even one call back. I found the number of Moulton Mechanical Services and called. Jared answered right away and came out to do the work on a Sunday! He fixed the furnace quickly and offered to clean my mini-split AC system. He is very knowledgeable and educated me on the things I should and shouldn t be doing with my system. "My central AC unit has been broken for several years. intermittently working during hot summers. I've had several HVAC companies come to diagnose and all of them told me different things: replace the whole system, new lines, etc. potentially costing tens of thousands of dollars. So I decided to troubleshoot by myself and pinpointed the issue: the filter dryer needed to be replaced. No company wanted to do this small job. I called Emerald HVAC and told them about my issue, they sent in José, who diagnosed the issue to be what I said. He replaced the filter dryer and the AC unit works perfectly now after several years! In short, Emerald HVAC will be my first choice for any HVAC work in the future. They are honest, professional, and reasonably priced. I recommend them without reservation!"

The were able to do an emergency response and efficiently diagnosis and repair the problem. "Talked to Matt the owner one very hot Sunday in June when my A/Cs were not working. I had my regular folks tell me it was shot and had a leak. Matt sent his team out on Monday and the A/Cs were up and running in about 40 minutes. There was no leak. They worked beautifully all summer. My neighbor's went out this year - her unit was about 5 years older than mine. I gave her NextGenAire's contact info and she just replaced her unit. She is very happy with the price and service."

"The water pump for my over 16 year old central air conditioner stopped working and, as a result, I discovered water in my basement. I searched Home Advisor for a company to fix the problemand selected NSHEC based on customer reviews. I was able to schedule a service call online for that afternoon, then had a few questions about the issue and repair that I wanted answered before having them come out. I called and left a message, they returned my call within minutes, discussed my issue, explained what the possible issue was, how long it would take to fix it as well as the estimated cost of the repair. The technician, I believe his name is Jake, arrived on time and had the part on his truck. He quickly made the repair, explained what he did and that it is common for the these pumps to eventually stop working. If that should happen again in the future, the new pump was wired to shut down the ac and getting water in the basement would now be averted. The final cost was a few dollars more than the phone estimate, service was very prompt, the technician knowledgeable, quick, very pleasant and answered all of my questions before and after the repair. I wouldn't hesitate to call NSHEC again should another issue arise in the future."
