"I highly recommend Ultimate Craftsman Home Repair and Remodeling. Mike Belvin and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. We finally discovered the reason we were getting strange cracks in our drywall in the main part of our house was due to truss damage caused by failure of the gang plates at the bottom of our roof trusses. As we are in the most active part of hurricane season, we were very anxious to have the repairs completed quickly. At the time, Hurricane Irma was a category 5 storm in the Carribean, and nobody knew where it would go next. Ultimate Craftsman came in quickly and got the 11 damaged trusses repaired just before the hurricane hit the Florida Keys. Lucky for us, we didn't get affected by that storm, and now we won't have to worry about our roof failing when we get the next one. The trusses were repaired, the ceiling drywall repaired and the ceiling and walls repainted. Everything looks brand new. Overall, they did an EXCELLENT job, on-time and as estimated. I hope to use them again for future remodeling projects"

"We hired this company to do a major renovation to our home, which included replacing flooring throughout the house, removing popcorn ceilings and painting throughout the house, kitchen and half bathroom remodel, new lighting, total renovation of our FROG to include built-in cabinets. The workers were prompt and professional, the owner Rafael was very available with any questions and they worked well with me with changes I made throughout the project. Also, they were flexible with me as far as scheduling work in the rooms that were cleared out, as we remained living in the home during this project and it worked out very well! "Josh and Eddy arrived on time (actually a week early as they had an unexpected opening in their schedule). They looked at the safety bar and hand grip bar that I had purchased and examined the shower/tub space. We discussed what the position (height and slant) of where the bars should be. Once that was determined, the ceramic tiles were measured and marked. Placement was rechecked. The holes were drilled. During drilling a small vacuum was used to gather the dust and debris from the ceramic tiles. My tiles were not chipped or cracked. The bars were screwed into the wall and the area was rechecked for any needed clean up. An Angie's List discount was applied to my bill. On the way out, they stopped and readjusted a slanted pot light in my kitchen and a cabinet door which was scrapping the ceiling whenever it was opened. All of this was done within 30 minutes. Josh and Eddy were respectful of my home, paid great attention to details, and were very pleasant to talk with. I will rely on Yorktown's Handyman to complete any needed home repairs and improvements."
