"We had our master bath completely demolished and rebuilt. We were very nervous because we’d never taken on a project like this, but we purchased a 30 year old home knowing we’d have to. We got 2 separate estimates that came in almost identical in price, so we were comfortable we were well within the industry standard for this type of work. "I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. Removed a window Air Conditioner that was installed with no intention of being removed!  All went well, except they did not put down any protective covering on the rug in the area.  About 2 pints of old dirty water spilled out onto the rug, but they worked diligently to clean it up.  If you didn't know it had happened you would not notice it on the rug.

He tightened up some outdoor flood lights that had become loose. He checked the other set, just to make sure.  Also, he repaired a downspout that had detached.  A very clever repair that has worked perfectly since he did it.

Overall the work was completed satisfactorily.

I had some cracks in my siding and corner. He was able to find a color that closely match to my existing siding and corner. He completed the job in a timely manner.

I needed a new threshold in my garage, which he found and added with no issues.

My front door had a draft and need replacing of threshold. He order the new threshold sooner than schedule and came out when it fit my schedule to installed the threshold with no issues.

He was knowledgeable and very professional.

"Total demolition of master bathroom, which led to a gorgeous new spa bathroom (floor, tiles both shower and floor, spa shower, heated floor, mirrors, reinstallation of double vanities, painted and coordinated and had inspections done by plumber who actually installed the spa shower).  His team also added a  kitchen backsplash, plumbing access door and  upgraded storage for emergency access to internal water and sewage.  Provided additional  plumbing services, fixed slow leak  behind the walls original tile.  He also painted both my garage door entry and outside french doors.  The additional trimming he added to the master suite entry way was an extra delight!"
