They gave clear instruction, and repeated the salesman's promise of a check-in follow-up visit in about 30 days. 60 days later I began calling people. I had questions about the water. I was passed around like a basketball in pre-game drills, with several theories and more promises, and EXCUSES. After 6 months, a service manager appeared, tested the water in my presence, said it is ok. Further, he explained that others to whom I'd spoken didn't want to make the 5 hour round trip. (Wasn't a problem for the installation which got them PAID! Once they had the $$, it was too much trouble)."

He explained what needed to be done and was honest about the fact that a homeowner DIY remediation was within the EPA guidelines for the amount of damage that needed to be fixed. "The quality of the painting was very good.  There was some very small platter on the hardwood floors, but it cleaned easily.  The ceilings look fantastic and given that they are as high as 22 feet, that is no simple feat.  Also, the painting of the high wall required the painters to remove a 12?x9? Persian rug and reinstalled it on the wall approximately 20 feet high!
The painters were always on time and very courteous and did a nice job of cleaning up before leaving each day.
We only had one issue that occurred, which was a contemporary glass desk was damaged by the painting team while they attempted to move it.  What occurred was that two Lucite clips that hold the glass panels together snapped during the move.  Mr. Pozo was promptly notified by his team when it occurred.  Because the replacement clips were difficult obtain, I did take Mr. Pozo some time to locate identical replacements.  He was successful in doing so and the glass desk has returned to its original state.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

He provided us with a quote and a date to perform the service. He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the work in a professional and timely manner and did an outstanding job. He also had his crew power wash the shed (which is quite large) for no extra charge!

We have contracted with Rick to perform the mowing/trimming service bi-weekly and he has always shown up promptly and completed the work - our yard looks great!

We are having Rick provide us with quotes for a sidewalk and then we are going to move him to the inside of the house to quote us on some interior work that needs to be completed.
