He unplugged the dryer, plugged it back in, found out it was in fact heating, and then checked out the entire system entirely and carefully, making sure to recheck everything twice. "The examination of the system was complete and thorough.  All repairs were performed well and promptly.  My only complaint about this experience was that the technician who performed the examination was late for the appointment and didn't make contact to explain the delay.  Overall, I was completely satisfied with Tharling A/C and will use them again in the future if necessary.

"Mr. Nelson was on time to see the Oven. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the oven within the same day. the cost is reasonable and he gave us one year warranty over the parts that were replaced."

"I am satisfied that it turned out to be nothing really wrong with my over.   However I mentioned to the repairman at the start that the oven light was out, too, and he waited until the end, when I told him, again, (that the light was out) to tell me to take out the old bulb myself and go buy one at Walmart or some place like that.  Being elderly and having back problems, I wanted him to take the old bulb out and tell me how to put the glass bulb cover with the wire bracket holder back on once the new bulb was put in, especially since he didn't want to do it, himself.  (Maybe, he didn't have a replacement bulb with him but he surely could have taken my old one out for me and told me how to replace it, myself.)  I don't know, maybe, it was not something they do on these service calls, especially since he did get to make any money off of me.   He showed me how to take off the oven door.  I guess that was his way of saying that was all he was going to do.  Anyway, I bought a replacement bulb and got my son to put it in for me today.  I am satisfied that he didn't tell me something was wrong with my oven when there really wasn't but I wouldn't have any confidence in him if I ever had to deal with him, in particular, again.  As I said, earlier, though, the scheduler was really nice.

"I called to tell them about the problem I was having with my double oven and wanted to make an appointment. After describing the problem to the repairman on the phone, he was honest and let me know that the oven sounded like it could not be repaired and would need to be replaced."

"Brad came out on Saturday afternoon to trouble shoot the problem.  I suggested he wait until Monday, but he was concerned that the system would be down too long. He changed one card and said he be back on Monday just to check the system.  System suffered a second failure.  I called on Sunday to just make him aware of the issue and told him we could talk Monday.  He called back Sunday afternoon on his day off to make another plan.  Came by Monday and tested the pool water and added chemicals to keep the water to good condition until he could make the necessary repairs.  Came back on Tuesday and an hour later had everything working perfectly.  The whole time he was working he was teaching me ways to help me maintain my pool.  He also gave me tips of ways to save money on my chemicals.  Outstanding service.
