"The contractor was friendly, timely, honest and professional. The prices are fair and the contractor is good on communication on the projects both prior to work, during and post work to ensure everything is still doing well. I would highly recommend this company. I this contractor installed me a new well toilet, repair service line to the toilet, install a new tank and acid reducer, seal my we’ll head and convert some old copper to pvc, install all new appliances in my home and install a new gas service to my stove in a very timely manner."

"My husband found Mark to be so accommodating with us in every way. We were concerned about the cost and he allayed our fears as best he could, however stating that until the situation was assessed underground, it was impossible to truly know the extent of the problem. Randy came out with a contractor, and they began to dig up the area, trying their best to keep as much landscaping as possible intact. They found multiple problems with the original construction of the house. There was a piece of tubing that connected the whole line to the house, and it was never glued together, but rather pushed together, dating the problem back to 2001. The sewage had been seeping underground into our front yard for a long time. Randy replaced this piece appropriately as well as the piping that had buckled that led out of the home. This occurred because no one properly supported the pipes with materials so that this problem wouldn't happen. They made sure that they put the necessary gravel where it was needed under the new pipes before placing the dirt back. Once I knew it was a huge job but not sure of how much financially it would cost, I asked Randy if we could make a second payment the following week if it was over $1300. He called Mark and Mark agreed. I found this to be immensely accommodating and remarkable for a company. In the end, we were fortunate that the damage was not as extensive as it appeared it would be. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and Mark and Randy. They waived the diagnostic fee and tried to keep things as cheap as possible. I know because I watched every step. In addition, the contractor they used cut off an hour of his work fee. We had used another plumber in the past, and their estimated fee for the service was way over what we were told by Mark. And Mark and Randy worked very hard to keep the estimate even lower than what they initially guessed. My husband and I consider ourselves very blessed to have chosen the right company to help us with our home crisis. I had read the reviews on Angie's List and felt that we should call them. I am so happy we did. <br />"

"We have had a consistent plumbing issue. This is the first time using your service. Kevin not only analyzed the issue, gave us great information. Tried to fix our problem and when he wasn’t able to fix the problem tonight, got us an expedited appointment the next day and set us up with cleaning that will dive in to fixing the original problem to avoid further more issues in the future. Thank you Kevin! He came out late in the evening and had a very positive outlook giving us hope that we will get the answers we need."

"Very friendly and knowledgeable person. Explained what he was doing and provided an overview of how my drain worked. Very happy he was able to get to my home so quickly. Also replaced a broken trap pipe that was letting debris get into the trap."

"Work done to replace my on-demand water heater as soon as the heater could be delivered to Custom. No wait other than what was beyond Custom's control. It was a full day's job, invoice true to the quote given in advance. Everyone professional. Job well done. This was my first time to use Custom, a decision based on a recommendation from a friend. Now I can recommend to you. "

"After getting a few quotes from local HVAC installers, we decided to go with Lancaster Plumbing Heating & Cooling to install a new Bryant 16 seer AC. Not only was their price competitive, but they also offered a few additional combinations and offers in their estimate(s) that other companies didn't mention, like installing a Nest Pro Thermostat and showing a few different brands of systems as opposed to talking about just one. While we waited for our installation date, which was actually pretty short, our AC was still not functioning. To help get us by, they loaned and installed a window unit for us that really helped during a stretch of warm weather that brought temperatures over 95 degrees. While I'm not sure if that's common among all companies, we really appreciated this gesture. During the day of installation, we received word that the heat exchange in the furnace (25+ years old) was cracked beyond repair, which caused us some concerns about carbon monoxide being omitted in the house. The crew responded fast, acquired a new Payne gas furnace, and installed it at the same time. They were professional, did a good job answering our questions along the way, and gave us a solid overview of the entire system before they left. The installation looks great and there was no cleanup required on our part after they left. Everything has worked well so far and we'll definitely consider using them for our repairs again in the future."

"Excellent. I had an estimate from another plumbing firm for $1200-$1500. They wanted to remove the pressure tank and replace the tank and all plumbing. Regal looked at the problem and fixed the broken pipe for under $100. Not only were they more affordable, the technician who performed the work was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Just a pleasure to work with. <br />"
