It was determined that I needed a new central AC unit. This was last week during the extremely hot temps we were experiencing(above 90) The whole process from the time I placed the call to Carl to the time the unit was installed by Dylan was only 2 days! I was pleasantly surprised! I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and efficiencies and amazing customer service this company has provided me. I would also like to mention that Dylan the tech that installed my AC unit was amazing, he was very professional, experienced, answered all my questions and was very neat.
