"Amazing same day service for a leaking water main. After discovering water flowing from our meter box at the street and having the City of Portland determine the issue was our responsibility, I quickly reviewed my options for repair work. Based on very positive reviews, I called Service Plus at 7:30 AM and Jessica was able to schedule Landon for later that day. Landon was awesome â he let me know when he would be arriving, put on protective gear when he entered our home, quickly identified the issue and explained the situation to me. He repaired the problem, cleaned up the area and provided me information about our existing water line and potential concerns for the future all in a very professional manner. Nobody likes to be faced with an emergency home repair but working with an outstanding service company makes all the difference. I would highly recommend Service Plus and will certainly look to them for any future needs that come our way. Thanks again Landon for providing such a great experience."

"Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

"During inspection of work to be done, he noticed 7 under sink and toilet water valves had plastic parts and needed to be replaced to bring up to code or he could not continue. I assumed this was going to increase the work load by a day or two, (a huge mistake on my part). I asked for a breakdown of the costs and he said he would provide it later. He left to go get the parts and ss sink. He was back within the hour and started work. He took a 1/2 hour break to get lunch around noon. I asked how many hours this would take and when would he come tomorrow. He stated he would be done later today. He was done by 2 PM and I was flabbergasted and felt betrayed. Figure it out, 5 hours work, approximately $400 dollars in parts and $2,000 in labor, and I still don't have my cost breakdown. But, they have already charged my credit card. Very disappointed in them and in my own actions to have them continue work without getting reassurances and cost breakdowns."

"Replaced new water and added all the safety options (earth quake straps and expansion tank). Fixed drain pipe and everything look professional done. The plumber measured the walls in my closet and had the correct height water heater size in 30 minutes. Great service."

"Contacted Henco for service of a Noritz On Demand water heater, and a next day appointment was available. Joshua arrived at the scheduled time. He inspected the unit and provided choices and recommendations of what could be done to flush and service so the unit (which was intermittent) would function properly, and the costs involved. He was very patient with my questions, and invited me to observe. Joshua also gave suggestions on proper care and that I should drain the unit during extreme freeze events to prevent damage. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. Pricing was based on the service performed, rather than an hourly rate. The repair cost was in line with other estimates, which, like everything else, has gone up substantially over the years. based on the excellent and prompt service, I'll certainly call Henco in the future."

"There aren't enough superlatives to properly rate this company. My wife and I are Realtors. So we deal with a lot of plumbers, electricians, etc. Axiom is far and away the best in all areas - friendliness, competence, experience, pricing, honesty, promptness - you name it. Our main drain line was clogged. After 3 different plumbers failed to fix the problem, Rob Evans of Axiom PDX found the clog and fixed in less than an hour. Rob saved us thousands of dollars in bogus repairs that had been proposed by the other plumber. Unless I am forced, I will never use or recommend a plumbing services company other than Axiom PDX. You won't be sorry (and you really might be sorry if you run into one of those big company scammers who almost got us)."
