"It worked out really well. We were afraid that it was going to be something mechanical, and basically it was just some typical maintenance. We have a different type of washer/dryer. It's one of those oversized ones. The repairman did everything he could, showed us everything and what we needed to do that we had not been doing. The machine has been working beautifully.
