"This was partially my mistake, but I ended up paying for a garbage disposal I did not need. Not until the new disposal was installed did the installer test to find out that the problem was not with the disposal itself, but with the wall switch to turn it on. So I spent $299 for a new disposal that I didn't need. It was my mistake, I guess, because I didn't realize that it could be something else and I prepaid for the new disposal. But learn from my mistake...before you pay for something, you should really check and confirm the cause of the problem. Don't assume that the company you hire will do that automatically. I assumed they would clue me in to what else the problem could be or at least ask what the problem was before installing this. Live and learn... Would I hire them again? Yes, but only knowing that I can't assume that they will do the diagnosis prior to repair or replace. Also, when they called to confirm the appointment, the man who called told me there would be an additional dispatch fee...when i told him that the service was portrayed as all inclusive on Angie's List, and to talk to the owner...he came back and told me they would wave the fee. So again, the customer must really be on his/her toes and object to hidden fees."

Ken talked us through everything that was needed and what they were going to do (which was well above my expectations). He provided us with everything we needed for this service. "Initially contacted DNM in connection with a kitchen refacing project through Kitchen Fronts of Georgia. The Office Manager, Kristi, scheduled installation for a composite sink and garbage disposal connection. We contacted DNM to fix a problem toilet on 3/25 and the work was scheduled for the next morning. Greg and Neil arrived on time and began working to figure out what the problem was. They fixed the toilet and also replaced a very old pressure valve. On 4/22/15 Greg came back to install the composite sink and garbage disposal. We then scheduled to have the faulty pipes in the basement fixed. Greg and Neil arrived as scheduled and work very hard to address the faulty pipes.
DNM is the best! Kristi, Greg and Neil were friendly and easy to work with. We really appreciated all their hard work and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues we may encounter. If you want the job done right, just call DNM!"

"I recently bought a 3-year-old previously owned home. One shower and one tub were draining very slowly. After several days of trying to speed things up with drain openers, it became clear that I needed a professional. I unexpectedly got a day off from work and began calling plumbing companies. "There was a leak in the faucet that was replaced but there was another leak that they didn't discover. They weren't able to replace a drain and he bought me a plug instead of fixing the drain. I had to have another plumber come in and replace the drain for me.  I did use them again. I would be limited on what you had them do.  If there was a problem that they had to find....if it wasn't really obvious, I don't think they have the skill to do it. They need to have better training for their plumber to make his training a little broader.  I think what he knew, he did well.  He was a little slipper.  I made him come back.  He had plumber's putty all over the bathtub.  That was messy.  He shouldn't have done that. It was a terrible job on tub. What they did on the plumber was good, they just didn't find everything. What they did on the toilets were okay.  I had them come back and put in two more.  I wouldn't use them again. The messy cutting out the wall was really bad. They were sloppy.  They installed the toilet nicely and put a nice new faucet in."
