The telephone representative who helped us requested photos of the water heater. He could tell what items were needed to bring the new water heater up to code. We were very pleased that Tony, the water heater installer, was scheduled to come the next day! Tony was punctual, thorough and answered all the questions I had. He explained everything that was done and made suggestions for other improvements we might want to have done. Everyone was very professional and very honest from beginning to end. They also use the very best water heaters with great warranties. Much higher quality than you can get at Home Depot or Lowes. We are very excited to recommend Tony and The Water Heater Company!"

"I was WOWED by every aspect of our project. I called on Sunday, expecting to just leave a message but got a human voice. Angie was so helpful in answering my questions. She scheduled weds. for replacement of my water heater but because of a cancellation she got them to come on Monday. Both Juan and William Came in and went to work. Got the job done in a couple hours . I didn't have to deal with the old water heater. I was very happy with their work and they were very patient with my questions. "Tony was good mostly. Pros: He was on time every time. This is big for contractors. He was on time for estimates and both times he had to come to place He was the best priced The water heater is installed and working. Cons: His quote was very vague. He told me he would put plywood and install a replacement water heater. And he did. However, the first time he installed was with OSD board...basically looked like junkyard plywood that they put underneath water heater... not good and it was inside my house, maybe if this was in a garage you could get away with it, buy my water heater is in my closet. The first time they came out they installed the wrong water heater, claiming mixup at the warehouse. I can not confirm or validate this, but they did come back the next day with the correct size and also replaced the particle board stuff with real solid plywood that he put a layer of paint on. Once the discovery of the error with the wrong water heater and the bad wood. Communication got very short. He agreed to get replaced then hung up on me. We ended up texting and I offered to pay a bit extra for higher quality material, I just asked that he let me know what that cost would be. He never told me what the new cost would be until the job was completed and I was given the bill. Overall: All in all, he is very well priced, his people were on time and professional, and he did what he said he would do, so he is an honest contractor which is good. My experience was not the best but I would give him a call again however would request a more detailed quote."
