This is important because it prevents rework and unnecessary delays in completing the work. • Their estimate was very detail, well structured, and nicely presented. Usually, how the presentation (in this case documentation) is delivered reflects the quality of workmanship you can expect. • Quick response/reply. Mr. Electric responded to my initial query within hours as was your estimate. The other companies took 1-2 days to provide an estimate. This is impressive given the nice job done on the estimate. I was not disappointed in my choice. Steven Leavins was awesome! His work, attitude, and self-pride are worthy of acknowledgement. "Lance Parker and his team did an excellent job. Lance contacted us the same day we entered the request and came to provide estimate on the date/time we agreed. We had some extenuating circumstances with a sick family member and Lance and his team did everything they could to maintain power in their room with a generator while they worked to remove a power pole and update the home’s power with a new box and physically move the power from a pole to attaching to the home. He coordinated with the power company and inspectors. He also repaired a power issue to the oven inside the home. Evidently it had always been on the incorrect switch. He troubleshot and determined it needed to move from a 40 to 50 switch. Everything looks great and is working beautifully. Thank you!"
