"My warranty company sent Tolly's to my house for an A/C problem. James came out to my house and said the capacitor was bad and left to get a new one. He came back and said the compressor was bad after swapping the capacitor and provided an invoice for $2,300. They he said they needed the money up front for the part before they would order it. I thought that seemed a little off so I called another company for a second opinion. They said someone hooked up the capacitor wrong, put in a new capacitor and the compressor worked just fine. Not sure if Tollys made a mistake or was trying to scam me but I saved about $1,800 by getting that second opinion."
