"They answered the phone with a human being and the person ( Connie ) was nice and knowledgeable , made apointment for later that same day , contacted me to let me know that the Representative was running early and the Rep called too , Jordan Dozier ( an owner ) showed up early as expected and he was nice , professional , and very knowledgeable , took all of the information and we arranged another apointment to go over the proposal in a few days , Jordan showed up early for the next and spent good quality time explaining everything and we made arrangements for the install , Bill Dozier ( an owner ) showed up in a few days with an experienced crew for the install , the guys did a very good job and all looks and works great , the guys didn't put the inside units exactly where I had them planned and thank goodness they didn't as my idea's were not that great - leave it to the pro's , whey better than where I had them planned , nice family owned and manned company and just a pleasure to know and do business with , getting a quote on a new water heater from them too as ares is an antique , thanks Dozier Heating & Air and thanks Home Advisor ."

"I contacted the company in the middle of March to come out and give me an estimate of the repairs. Mr. Carpenter came out and evaluated the damage. The damage on one side of my house was very high off the ground and I was impressed that Mr. Carpenter was concerned about his staff enough to consult them to make sure there were no concerns about performing the work (for safety issues) before deciding if he could quote it. He explained where there might be additional charges if damage was more extensive than he could see, but was able to quote me a reasonable flat rate for the additional work that might be needed. <br /> Once I notified the company that I wanted them to perform the work, it took a little while to get the work scheduled. This was the only disappointing part of my experience with the company. I had needed the work performed quickly as my housing association had only given me a short deadline to get the work completed. However, in the company's defense, this was an unusually busy time to request home repairs because our area had suffered a great deal of damage due to a recent (and uncharacteristic for our area) ice storm. All companies that I contacted for repair estimates during this time were completely swamped and Carpenter's were the most responsive. I notified them to schedule work on 4/2/2014 and they performed the service on 4/25/2014. <br /> They came out and completed the services in one day. I wasn't home when they completed the repairs, but as soon as I came home I inspected the work and was extremely pleased with the results. The workmanship was excellent from what I could see (all of the work was too high off the ground for me to perform an upclose inspection) and there was no evidence left lying around to indicate anyone had even been there working on the place. Mr. Carpenter called that evening to follow up and make sure the work was acceptable. He honestly informed me that the additional work had not been required so I would not be charged the additional charges. <br /> I highly recommend this company and will definitely consider them again for any future home repairs. <br />"
