Marcus went to work, going above and beyond to fix issue -- digging and cutting out specific piece of broken pipe, making sure remaining pipe was ok by snaking hose, performed repairs and cleaned up yard. In a rarity these days -- his efforts -- on a day when many others would have taken a short cut or mailed it in, showed he wanted to do the right thing. Very thankful and impressed. "We had been experiencing increasing amount of water in our finished basement. We contacted the company and within a few days they came for an inspection. They removed a portion of dry wall and saw a crack in the foundation. They explained the process of high pressure injection of a sealant. A few days later they returned, a few minutes earlier than scheduled, to do the work. Over several hours they applied the sealant. They tested the foundation for other cracks. They ran water along the foundation to test. The owner and his wife work as a team. They explained the cause, treatment, and what to look for in the future. The cost was $360. I was thrilled since previously a basement waterproofed had told us we needed a trench and sump pump costing almost $4,000. The dry wall does need to be repaired. But we know the problem is now solved.

"The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."

"All I needed was a sump pump replaced. First off, they charge $59.00 for an estimate. They deduct that if they do the job. But still $59.00 for an estimate? They offered me 3 options. The first was over $2000.00!! Remember I only needed a sump pump replaced. I wound up with the cheapest of the 3 estimates and it was $671.52. My last sump pump replacement from a different company was $325.00. Unfortunately I didn't locate that bill until the work was done and with a sump pump time can be very important. The worker was great. He did the job quickly and was very neat. He, however did tell me that he installed an industrial type sump pump and that I probably wouldn't hear it...WRONG."

"I called Levine and Sons because the junction in the kitchen/laundry rooms overflowed during Christmas dinner. A few minutes later the toilet in the master bath overflowed from the bottom. I spoke to a very nice representative from there the next morning. She told me that a plumber could come to my house that afternoon. When I asked about the free estimate, she replied that it would be $69 for the service call and $99 for each drain. The free estimate only applied to larger jobs. I was a little dismayed but I was desperate, so I booked the appointment.
Zack, the plumber, arrived promptly as promised. He was nice and explained my house's drainage system to me, and where the clog could be. He checked the main drain and saw no water flowing. Then he checked the two areas that had overflowed and determined that the clog was at a junction between the main drain and the kitchen. He cabled the junction, and the water ran freely. He was right on target. 
Overall, I am very pleased with the service from Levine & Sons. They were prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced. I will certainly use them again and will recommend them to others.
