"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

Repair guy was professional, etc. and recommended replacing both silcocks for $750.00. I figured must be a tough job. We agreed to the price and he completed the job in 1 1/2 hours. Parts at Home Depot $50. $700 profit is too much, but it is what it is."
