Randy was very patient with us in trying to decide whether to use cedar or pressurized wood to support the deck as well as our seasonal porch. On the first day of work, a three man crew arrived with Brandon as the lead team member. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked for the next five days. "Dupont was so extremely patient with us as we had wanted to wait to build the deck due to COVID affecting the world last year. So we waited until this year to build the deck. We also went back and forth on designs and they were very accommodating and worked within our budget make the needed changes. I can honestly say that they did an absolutely amazing job on the project. Communication was great as well. They had built a large cedar upper level deck with stairs. It came out beautifully and was built so sturdy I am sure it could easily survive a hurricane or maybe a tornado. They are truly customer first organization and that is rare to see nowadays. "The project went very well.  Storm damage caused by two trees coming down on two sides of the fence was repaired in 2-3 hours.  The workers reviewed all needed work from the estimate prior to beginning the work.  They even volunteered to replace a top rail from another section of the fence, not included in the estimate, that had been bent in a storm many years before.   The workers were very thorough, did not damage any plants or grass around the damaged areas and cleaned up after themselves.  The workers were knowledgeable and polite.   They made sure everything was nice and straight!  Everything looked very nice when they were finished.  The workers were approximately an hour late from the start time I had been given.  I called and was told they had gotten a late start.  Their good work made up for the lateness.

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.

"The only thing I was dissappointed in was that the deck has a rough finish, but I suspect that was due to the previous sealing that was done by someone who wasn't experienced (family friend).  This guy said they could buff it next time, so that's OK.
They were very responsive to a spot that appeared to not have taken the stain as well as the rest of the deck surface; they came back right away and resolved that."

"Adrian and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish.  Within a week of signing the contract, they were at my house and working.  They discovered that the original siding did not have plywood or wrap behind it.  Adrian called me immediately, explained the situation that I had to have the wood and wrap behind the siding.  He gave me a very fair price on the additional work and material.  They got the material and started work the next day.   The staff is nice and courteous.  The house looks great! I plan on having them come out either in the fall or next spring to do additional work.  "
