"On September 18, 2025 My husband and I had our furnace replaced by Neighborhood Plumbing, Heating and Air. They did such an amazing job, very professional and organized like a well oiled machine. Justin and Andrew were our installers and we would recommend them to anyone. They were so thorough and explained everything they did and installed a new thermostat and showed us how to operate it. Two weeks later the electrician Spencer came out and installed a surge protector onto the furnace and showed us how to operate it. We would recommend Spencer to anyone also. We would also like to thank the entire team at Neighborhood plumbing, heating and air including the young ladies that make all the phone calls."

I was replacing my kitchen faucet, and while I was able to complete most of the installation, I couldn't get the supply lines hooked up without leaking, and decided it was time for a professional. I called hoping I could get a same-day appointment, and not only was Mr. Zell able to accommodate me, he happened to be conveniently located such that he was able to stop by within the hour. After determining the issue (original shut-off valves wouldn't accommodate the new installation) and offering me some options on how to address it, we agreed that he would acquire the necessary parts to replace the shut-off valves. He was able to return the same day, and after another hour or so, the work was completed and the faucet was up and running! Nary a drip to be seen. I feel extremely pleased about Mr. Zell's work, and he was also very personable and professional. A+!"

"Excellent service with a pleasant technician. <br /> We called the emergency NO HEAT number at 9:30 pm on a Thursday night. The technician arrived at 10:15 pm. The ignition relay on our 17 year old furnace was out. The technician had a replacement part in the van and as he installed it, he explained to me the different parts of the furnace, how it works, and given its age, what to look for if it ever goes out again. He explained how the different components fail and how much it would cost to replace the different parts when/if they do fail. <br />"

"Went very well. Replaced timing belt and other belts, did not charge extra labor for each replacement (like bobbi and steves quote, which was over a thousand more since they charged me labor for everything!). Since they were already replacing the timing belt also replaced the water pump and other belts. They gave me a couple options for replacements with different prices, one being a standard kit vs just the belt itself. They seemed up front the whole time and did not charge me any extra. Also did a nice job getting me a used Toyota cd player/radio, they charged me labor to see why my radio was not working and then installed it. <br /> Overall they provide a good service and and are good to work with. Seem honest, everything they fixed is working great. NO complaints. <br /> <br />"

The sub-contractors had made some holes in the front wall and I tried contacting them several times, within the last 2 weeks to seal the same, but there was no response. They were reasonably priced and were very responsive in returning my calls. They were punctual and seemed very professional. They were great, but the sub-contractors were bad. I will use their services in future."

"The project went very well from looking at the windows to cleaning up on the job.  We had a couple windows to replace due to dust on the inner window surface and a stress crack.  The replacement windows have been ordered.  The windows will be replaced when the weather is warmer. <br />"

"MR. DUDA WAS ON-TIME, GAVE ACCURATE ESTIMATES, AND RETURNED CALLS WITHIN 24 HOURS. HIS ASSOCIATE INSTALLED THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL, WHICH LEAKED. HE HAD SOMEONE OUT THE NEXT DAY TO FIX IT. NO PROBLEMS WITH ANY OTHER WORKMANSHIP. GOT THE SENSE THAT HE WAS VERY BOOKED UP. BILL CAME SEVERAL MONTHS LATER."
